All our new team members have joined our experienced Administration team. This is run by our Office Manager, Sharon Aldridge. The purpose of their roles is to support the team with general administration duties. This includes new business processing, client servicing, dealing with policy enquiries and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Meet our new team members:

Shannon McKevitt, Junior Administrator

Shannon started with Innes Reid in October 2018 as a Junior Administrator. This was shortly after completing her A-Levels at a local sixth form College. Her role provides a stepping stone to a successful career in Financial Services.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes listening to music, going to concerts and relaxing when she gets the chance!

Our new team member David Foulkes (Financial Services Administrator)

Growing whilst maintaining our top-rated service

In the last 18 months, Innes Reid has enjoyed rapid but controlled business growth. This has resulted in us acquiring extra office space. We are also one of the Top 250 IFAs in the UK as listed in the Times.

As we continue to grow it is essential to maintain our excellent service. The recent recruitment drive is just one action that we have taken to ensure this happens.

Managing Director, Mark Reidford commented: “Whilst often unheralded, good administration is integral to ensuring a positive client experience. As we continue to grow, we also need to continue to invest in our core functions. This will enable us to maintain our excellent service levels that have got us this far.”

“Our new team members were selected from a large number of applicants. I am very confident in their abilities to provide excellent service to our clients. I would like to personally welcome Dave, Shannon, Lauren and Andrea to the team and wish them a long and happy career with us.”
